As soon as possible after completion , please inspect the work to ensure it has been carried out to our usual high standards.  We always endeavour to provide the best service and products  for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

Complaints Procedure

In the unlikely event that there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted Trader we use  a Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. Terms and Conditions

Direct Gas (Chesterfield) Ltd provide free quotations for boiler installations and plumbing work. However, if an Engineer attends a property at the customer's request to diagnose a fault and the customer opts not to have the work carried out or, if the Engineer finds a third party is responsible for the fault and advises the customer of this fact, an investigative fee between £30 and £50 (plus vat at the current rate) will be implemented.
